Sponsor a Crane for a Firefighter

Updated: Jul 27, 2021

***It has recently come to my attention that another organization would be better supported by proceeds, and I have updated the post to reflect that. Please scroll for the updates, which I have outlined***

With all the wildfires raging around us, I have been spending a lot of time just "being" in the moment. My family and I are in a kind of limbo, so to speak, being on Evacuation Alert now for...days...weeks...I'm not quite sure how longs its been now. We had our ready bags packed...which are now somewhat unpacked as we had to continue to live and living out of a suitcase in one's home is just not easy living.

I always love to help, and so far, it seems Creator wants me to "sit tight" and continue to observe, be here for others that need it. Which as led me to create this paper crane chain - designed as a way to thank our hardworking, dedicated firefighters, facing probably the worst season so far.

You can "Sponsor a Crane" and have it gifted to a firefighter, as well, proceeds will be donated to BC Disaster Relief Network (https://www.facebook.com/folkshelpingfolks) to support those that have been affected by the wildfires. (Previously I was going to donate proceeds to Red Cross.)

Etransfer within Canada, or PayPal is accepted at papercranes4hope@gmail.com.
